Abstract:	產業群聚是指特定產業中的企業、機構或產業，聚集在特定的地理位置，共同進行產業活動。企業在群聚內，感受到同業競爭壓力與市場機會較明顯，因此會有較高的動機從事創新活動，以持續獲得市場優勢。近年來，韓國已成為全球文化創意產品主要輸出國家之一。在韓流塢（HALLYUWOOD）計畫下，韓國陸續興建多項文化創意設施，以建置更具規模的文化創意產業群聚，並提升整體文化產業之創新能耐與國際競爭力。其中，坡州出版城及Heyri藝術村分別集結出版與藝術文化相關產業，於共同區域內進行創新活動。這兩個產業群聚的建置，初期是由民間自行發起，後來並獲得韓國政府政策的支持；同時，由於他們地理位置接近且產業屬性互補，這兩個產業群聚將有機會進一步形成更具規模的產業群聚。透過實地訪查與舉辦座談會，以了解這兩個群聚的運作形式；同時，運用產業群聚與產業創新之相關理論，探討其產業群聚創新之邏輯，提供台灣文化創意產業發展之參考。
