Title:	當代拉丁美洲原住民運動發展

Abstract:	過去到現在面臨歐洲殖民、英美等西方國家資本主義、新自由主義經濟政策，拉丁美洲原住民運動具備強烈的反殖民色彩。本論文時間上以二十世紀七○年代開展，空間上以墨西哥和安地斯山地區為主軸，就近三十年來拉丁美洲受矚目的原住民運動發展過程為觀察標的，進行分析。安地斯地區的原住民人數眾多，組織動員，組成政黨，在各式運動中衝撞累積能量，最終玻利維亞出現了原住民總統，突破過去單一國族認同，朝向多元民族國家認同方向發展。至於猶加敦半島的馬雅原住民，面對殖民五百年來的結構不公義，被迫以武力占領世代居住的土地，建立具有防衛策略的自治組織。以自主管理的方式尋求在國家政府權力和資本主義市場機制外的新生活模式。此外，重視原住民知識、直接民主的民意整合，企圖反轉資本主義利益導向的世界體系，彰顯原住民傳統智慧的價值定義，都是拉美原運的特色。
