    Abstract: 中國國民黨庋藏之檔案資料為海內外研究中國近代史重要資料來源，2018年政治大學與中國國民黨簽署「黨史資料委託管理合作協議書」，將此批史料移至政治大學社會資料中心典藏。政治大學社資中心接受黨史檔案委託代管後，著手對於此批檔案之整理與數位化工作。本文介紹黨史檔案掃描與建檔作業原則，並提供運用數位人文工具協助自動分類之經驗，期許可提供其他典藏機構進行檔案數位化及內容分析工作之參考。
    The archives of the Kuomintang (KMT) are an important source of research on modern Chinese history at domestic and international. In 2018, The National Chengchi University and the Kuomintang signed the ＂Party History Archives Entrusted Management Cooperation Agreement＂ and moved this batch of historical archives to the Social Sciences Information Center of Chengchi University. After accepting the entrusted management of the party history archives, the Social Sciences Information Center began to organize and digitize this batch of archives. This article introduces the principles of party history archives scanning and data filing, and provides empirical case in using digital humanities tools to assist in automatic classification. It is expected to provide experience in archive digitization and content analysis as a reference for other collection agencies.
