Title:	大學生之害羞與生涯發展之關係

Abstract:	本研究旨在探討下列的關系：（一）了解國內大學生的害羞情況（二）探討害羞與性別的關係（三）探討害羞與職業興趣取向的關係（四）探討害羞與找尋職業資訊行為的關係（五）探討害羞與職業確定程度的關係（六）探討害羞與事業策略運用的關係（七）綜合研究結果，對害羞及生涯軸導工作提出若干提議本研究的研究假設如下：（一）大學生的性別不同在害羞程度上有顯著差異。（二）害羞程度不同在職業興趣的取回上有顯著差異。（三）害羞程度不同在找尋職業資訊行為的次數上有顯著差異。（四）害羞程度不同與職業確定的程序上有顯著差異（五）害羞程度不同在事業策略的運用上有顯著差異本研究以大台北地區一至四年級男女大學生為對象。包括台灣大學、政治大學、輔仁大學、東吳大學、大同工學院全部樣本共880 人。研究工具包括（1 ）害羞址表，（ 2 ）職業興趣檢核表，（3 ）找尋職業資訊行為量表，（4 ）事業策略問卷，（5 ）職業確定問卷，研究中主要的統計方法為MANOVA,ANOVA,T考驗，次數百分比等。
