    Abstract: 大學校園乃人文薈萃之場所，提供教職員生教學、研究、學習、活動與生活之空間，在邁入21 世紀的關鍵時刻，面對國際環境瞬息萬變，在未來發展上體認到具備學術專業、創新發展、國際視野的重要性。因此，大學校園的規劃不能僅著眼於硬體建
    設的擴充，軟體發展的考慮亦不可忽略，且應有校園環境的文化內涵，如何透過校園空間規劃提供與大學未來發展目標之需求，為校園空間規劃之重點。此次，本著「學
    術專業、創新發展、國際視野」的理念，再力求不斷提升校園環境品質，協助打造能培育新世紀領導人才的基地的期許，筆者以參訪美國普林斯頓大學、哈佛大學大學校
    園環境建設與發展的心得，發現二所大學有許多值政大推動「政大大學城整體規劃」的參考，並且由此發展出政大大學城整體規劃構想的新方向與具體作法。以下分別就
    「普林斯頓大學、哈佛大學大學城環境生態規劃探討」、「普林斯頓大學、哈佛大學大學城交通發展規劃探討」、「普林斯頓大學大學城校園建築分析」、及「哈佛大學大學城校園建築分析」進行探討，並依據政大大學城的發展特色，環境生態規劃、交通發展規劃、校園建築分析，構想打造健康品味政大大學城的發展規劃，作為我國發展國際大學城規劃的參考，殫盡心力。
