    Title: 從認知學徒制探討中小學師傅校長教導課程的系統建構

    Abstract: 在校長生涯的每一個階段，如何提供實務和專業的訓練，這個校長專業能力培訓的架構將包括成為一位校長的準備、校長的導入、校長工作的強化，增強新校長的技巧，提供經驗豐富之優良校長的分享機會，擴展新任校長們發展和伸展他們的能力。因此，本研究試著從認知學徒制探討在中小學師傅校長課程的系統建構來協助校長的專業發展。歸納本研究的內容包括師傅校長教導課程的系統建構，包括以下五大項目：「初始接觸─瞭解學校」、「實務訓練─就任校長」、「技術文化─推動校務」、「互動分享─化解衝突」及「省思札記─生涯發展」等五種校長學校領導與學校經營的知識。徒弟校長們若能跟隨師傅校長教導課程的仔細探索，應該可以從中找到校長現場經驗知識，思考為各類問題的多元解決方案，找尋最佳的方式解決，經過「手忙腳亂上戰場」、「按部就班心不慌」、「觸類旁通多變化」多階段的進化，才能讓自己化蛹成蝶，到達最高階段「駕輕就熟本菁華」，事事耐心有智慧的處理，並依據學校發展的方向和目標辦一所讓大家有信心的學校，帶領學校行政團隊用心辦教育，教師團隊有愛心教學生，學生團隊熱心於學習，家長團隊關心興校務，應該可以讓校長們發展出更好的學校領導與學校經營的系統知識，更有效能與創意的經營學校。
