    Title: 以教學精進促進學習發展來推動師道精神

    Abstract: 近年來國內高等教育發展方向，一方面注重教師教學及研究水準之提升，另方面也注重學習品質之優化，國內外大學教育皆開始重新反思大學發展的政策方向，注重回歸以學生為本體的教學精進與學習發展為核心。本校秉持優質教學塑造良好的學術環境及卓越研究成果來提升教學的品質，積極整合校內現有之教學資源，於民國96年正式成立「教學發展中心」，期望能以厚實的教學資源來發展優質教學為要務，營造良好「教」與「學」之環境。回顧個人過去十多年來從事優質師資培育工作的點點滴滴，「以教學精進促進學習發展」的精神，不斷地指引著個人的努力方向。如何培育修養好、氣質好及能力好的優質教師，期盼教師們進入職場能以良師為志業，為教育貢獻心力，更期許教師們在能夠以「良師典範、行為式範」，妥適地處理「教材」、「教法」、「心情」，以感性作材料，以悟性作範疇，以理性作判斷，以美感來呈現教師效能，發揮師道精神。「以教學精進促進學習發展」之教育現場的實務設計，也是個人對優質師資培育的期許，它是一段檢證教師是否適良師的省思，更是生命理想與期望的驗證，希望陪伴教師們走過「春耕」、「夏耘」、「秋收」、「冬藏」教育現場獲得實用智慧，也分享教師們在化蛹成蝶歷程喜樂煩憂的省思札記，「以教學精進促進學習發展」的正面價值是在良師典範與教師效能的釀造，經由後設認知的歷程再次檢證自己是否適任良師，勇敢誠懇面對追求屬於自己生命的燦爛彩虹，能夠春風化雨培育新良師。
