Abstract:	圖書館、檔案館與博物館三者同屬於文化機構，但三者在館藏發展過程中，經常發生同一類型資料分別典藏於三館的情況，導致使用者在運用資料時的不便。處於數位典藏的環境，加上網際網路快速連結的功能，個別的與實體的圖書館、檔案館或博物館，已無法滿足目前使用者對於三館所典藏資訊的整體需求。本文首先探討文化機構跨機構間合作館藏發展之意義與優點，其次針對國際間四個國家文化機構間整合實例進行分析。跨機構資源整合的模式可分為行政整合與載體整合兩種類型。最後，探討臺灣目前文化單位跨機構間館藏發展的困境，並提出四項建議。 Libraries, archives and museums are all belong to cultural institutions, but the same kind of material are separately deposited in different places among those three institutions. Therefore, it is inconvenience to users who has to access the same kind material through different approaches. Within the digital collection environment and Internet connection technology, separate collection of libraries, archives or museums already cannot satisfy user’s needs. This paper mainly discuss the possibility of cooperative collection development among cultural institutions, i.e. libraries, archives and museums. The current status of integration of cultural institutions in 4 nations are analyzed. Furthermore, the obstacles of cooperative collection development among cultural institutions in Taiwan are discussed. Finally, 4 suggestions are given.
