    Title: 雲端未來學校在校園規劃的應用:以屏東縣公館國小為例

    Abstract: 「雲端未來學校」將雲端運算和未來學校兩者做結合,自2003年開始,在微軟開始推行「未來學校」計畫,對於我國推行資訊科技教育,發展資訊能力,提供更多的發展機會。研究者以田野調查方式及深度訪談屏東縣公館國小,發現「雲端未來學校」在教育現場的硬體規劃、建置,以及師資養成、課程編排,該校以符合學校現況、社區結構、學生需求等因素,改變傳統的教學方式,創新教育理念,達成教育目標的新世代學校。面對少子化和人口外流的困境中,公館國小以「雲端未來學校」為主軸改變自身挑戰未來。本文從公館國小案例中,發現幾點特別值得關注:1. 雲端未來教室資源投入:各縣市經費不一,必須將經費使用在必要的設備上。2. 改變教師觀念:必須解構教師傳統觀念,降低其對於改變的抗拒。3. 對於科技迷思破除:新穎昂貴的科技輔具,對學習輔助效果未必高。4. 重視學習成果:學習者的學習成果是雲端未來學校的衡量重點。綜合而言,公館國小案例提供各校推動「雲端未來學校」時,需有更開闊的視野、心態及與時應變的策略來經營學校、規劃課程、教學與學生學習,提供嶄新的方式和視野,對於改進目前傳統教育模式,提高學習者學習興趣,配合學習者學習需求以及與社區夥伴的合作方式,可做為各校規劃進行「雲端未來學校」在校園規劃應用之參考。
    “School of the Future MCloud” combines both “School of the Future” and “Cloud Computing”. Since 2003, Microsoft has started on the project “School of the Future”, which provides more opportunities to carry out the implementation of information technology in education, and develop informational capabilities in Taiwan.This article uses field investigation and in-depth interview methods on Pingtung Gungguan Elementary School, who found hardware, building, teacher development and curriculum designs on the basis of “School of the Future MCloud”. In order to fit with the current situation in school, community structure, and the needs of students, etc, the school needs to change its traditional way of teaching, and integrate innovative educational philosophies to reach the goal of education in a new generation. In the difficult position of low birth rate and emigration, Gungguan Elementary School needs to change itself to face future trends by “School of the Future MCloud”.In the case of Gungguan Elementary School, the following points are of concern: 1. Resource inputs for “classroom of the Future MCloud”: different funding for cities, the funds must be used in the necessary equipment. 2. Teachers' concepts must change: teachers’ traditional educational concepts must change, therefore reducing their resistance to change. 3. The banishment of technology myths: new and expensive technology equipments may not necessarily be effective to learning.4. Emphasis on learning outcomes: learner's learning outcomes is very important to the evaluation of “School of the Future MCloud”. In conclusion, the case of Gungguan Elementary School provides a broader perspective and mindset to contingency strategies, managing schools, designing curriculums, teaching and learning in the building of “School of the Future MCloud”. It provides a new way and vision for improving the traditional educational model to increase learners' interest in learning, meeting the educational needs of learners and cooperation with community partners, thus can be used for “School of the Future MCloud” in campus design.
