Abstract:	國民教育乃是一切教育的基礎，其功能發揮與否關係整個教育的成敗。而國民教育功能的發揮，則有賴於國民中小學學校經營得當，組織運作之效能顯彰，教師也樂於實現國民教育之目標而努力。鑑此，本研究旨在探討台灣地區國民中小學校長的領導特質、權力基礎、學校組織結構及組織氣候與教師工作滿足的關係及其比較，並提出強化校長領導特質，適切運用權力，健全組織結構，改善組織氣候，提高教師工作滿足的策略。
