Title:	「體驗」作為多元文化教育的一種方式：內涵與實踐

Abstract:	體驗教育如何能夠作為⼀種教育⽅式？什麼樣的旅⾏，能夠成為多元文化教育有效的⽅式？體驗教育是養成國際移動能⼒的渠徑之⼀，在反歧視教育中所謂的「體驗教育」著重於文化體驗，透過體驗（experience）產⽣感受、然後開始能夠同理，因此是反歧視教育很重要且有效的⽅式。「體驗」作為⼀種跨界的型式，打破範疇（category）之間的界線，這樣的理論位置正是多元文化概念的基礎，⽽位置造成的觀看視⾓不同，因此若能讓主／客易位，有機會從不同視⾓觀看世界，能夠置⾝不同於「習慣」、「理所當然」或主流的位置，正是多元文化教育的重要內涵，⽽「體驗」正是讓「位置」轉換的直接⽅式。本文先說明社會化、單⼀故事與阻⼒最⼩的⼀條路可能產⽣的社會偏⾒與歧視，接著進⼀步以「體驗」為出發點與標的，從體驗教育的內涵與實踐，說明「體驗」如何能夠作為⼀種教育⽅式、什麼樣的「體驗」可以產⽣多元文化教育的效果，接著提供文化體驗的課程設計供學校教師參考。
