Title:	［大學海外分校系列］南韓海外分校之發展、模式及政策探討──以SUNY Korea為例

Abstract:	南韓高等教育自80年代中急速擴充，2000年之後已邁向普及化。現今共有433所大學，約330萬名學生，其中私立大學（包含兩年制學院）占了86％。南韓高教在擴張的同時，更多南韓學生選擇至國外留學，造成大量教育貿易的赤字及人才流失。因此，國內企業強烈要求政府須提出有效方案，增進整體高教競爭力，以留住並吸引國內外人才至韓國就學，並使南韓成為東亞教育市場的樞紐。「吸引國外知名大學至南韓設校」即是南韓政府依據國內社會大眾期待，所採取的重要策略之一（Byun & You, 2014）。
