Title:	政大推動課程精實方案之經驗

Abstract:	國立政治大學推動校務研究（Institutional Research, IR）的契機，是積極面對校內多年積弊成習的問題挑戰，例如：教師授課負擔過重與學生修課學分數偏高等「教與學」問題。在現任周行一校長上任後，即將此問題列為首要改革項目，並催生了校務研究（IR）辦公室。在校長支持及授權下，IR辦公室協同其他行政單位分析大量的校務資料內容，合作研擬出「新制課程精實方案」，此方案於105學年度正式實施，自此開展了一系列的教學改革。本文與讀者分享政大正在推行的「新制課程精實方案」，希望透過實務案例分享，能對各位夥伴學校有所啟發與幫助。
