Title:	亞洲首例！以評鑑認可為基礎評鑑中心完成臺馬兩國學歷資格互認

Abstract:	高等教育評鑑跨國相互認可是促進各國了解彼此高等教育品質與建立互信的重要基礎。基於各國不同教育制度、文化、經濟背景的因素，全球高等教育品質跨國相互認可的發展相當不易，而臺灣高等教育評鑑中心能於今（2012）年7月20日，與馬來西亞學術資格鑑定機構（Malaysian Qualification Agency, MQA）在馬來西亞吉隆坡共同簽訂「學歷資格互認聲明」，即為高等教育評鑑跨國相互認可在亞太地區發展立下一里程碑。在兩會的聲明中，兩國畢業生之大學學歷品質將由MQA與評鑑中心相互認可，並在雙方的推薦（Recommendation）之下，獲得雙方政府對其大學學歷資格（First Degree）的認可。換言之，留臺的馬來西亞學生返國之後可透過MQA的推薦，獲得留臺大學學歷資格的認可；同樣地，留馬的臺灣學生也會獲得我國政府之認可。
