    Title: 含攝文化的兒少虐待預防與親職教育: 以美國 ACT Raising Safe Kids 親職教育方案的文化調適為例

    Abstract: 有鑑於國內目前以兒虐預防為主的親職教育方案研究十分有限，本文從含攝華人文化的角度出發，整理與回顧以親職教育為兒少虐待處遇的相關文獻，分析 國內強制性親職教育的現況，並探討國際上以兒少虐待預防為主的親職教育方案在台灣之應用性，及其文化調適的過程。美國心理學會（American Psychological Association, APA）所發展的暴力預防親職教育方案 ACT Raising Safe Kids Program， 為世界衛生組織（World Health Organization, WHO）所推薦的能有效預防兒少虐待的親職方案之一，許多研究已顯示其減少家庭兒虐狀況、增進正向親子互動、及減少孩童霸凌行為之成效。此方案奠基在許多研究文獻之上，針對家有幼兒到學齡兒童的家長與主要照顧者為主，以互動式的親職教育團體為實行方法，並著重以下五個面向: （1）非暴力的管教方法；（2）兒童發展知識；（3）情緒管理及社交問題解決技巧；（4）大眾傳媒（3C 產品）對兒童的身心影響；（5）保護兒童免於接觸暴力的方法。本文試圖討論如何在尊重原有華人文化觀點的基礎下， 針對此親職教育方案的理論與執行面，與華人文化間的適配度與潛在衝突來做調整，以增加父母之接受度，並達到最大成效，其中特別針對華人文化家庭及親職價值觀之特徵作說明，並參考文化調適（cultural adaptation）的兩種架構來探討使 ACT Raising Safe Kids Program 成為含攝文化的親職教育方案之過程，希冀能為台灣親職教育與兒虐預防的研究和實務面帶來新方向。
