    Title: 卓蘭高中在智慧校園活化的運用—以「飛行創思教室」

    Abstract: 「飛行思維科技教室」，乃整合卓蘭高中「紙飛機」課程與「無人機農噴技術人 員培訓課程」課程及「物理科及生活科技」、「國文及美術科」之特色課程，透過 社群設計教學活動、建置相關教學影片及數位資料，並由分組教學，增進學生溝 通、團隊合作、解決問題、獨立思辨及創造力。 研究分析卓蘭高中建構智慧學校為案例，將校園原有之「生活科技教室」空間進 行活化改善，營造卓蘭高中新課綱學生多功能自主學習與彈性學習環境，提升專 科教室使用率及教學成效，面對新建置的多功能學習空間創建多元情境化教學， 師生可進行數位化線上創新教學與學習，提高學習興趣，面對人口外流的困境， 卓蘭高中以「飛行思維教室」為主軸，成為學校課程亮點。 本文從卓蘭高中的案例中，發現幾項值得特別關注：1.學校特色課程的形成: 結合老師特長或外部資源有不同的空間屬性需求。2.結合校園環境優勢:針對課 程需求，靈活運用空間。3.重視學習成效:學習成果達標，是飛行思維教室修正 的衡量重點。4.擴大社區參與學習:辦理座談說明，專業知識與民眾認知的交流 溝通。 綜上所述，卓蘭高中案例提供各校進行「飛行思維科技教室」時，考量了校本特 色與社區產業特色，改善「閒置及廢置」的校園空間，而運用之巧，並非一定需 要經費的挹注，而透過飛行思維的主題，貫串校本課程、教師專長、社區特色，， 進而進行數位化創新教學推廣，成為該領域典範學校，其經驗亦可做為各校規劃 適性課室空間活化時之應用參考。
