    Title: 教師專業學習社群連結者如何促進社群團隊發展運作之個案研究 - 以創新教學獲獎團隊為例

    Abstract: 專業學習社群對於教師專業的精進與成長,始終有其重要的影響力,透過對話協作與探究研討,使各種教學專業知識更能被轉化實踐為課堂的教學策略。然而教師專業學習社群運作歷程的真實樣貌卻鮮少被加以細究與探索。
    因此,本研究主旨為探討教師專業學習社群「實務發展歷程」,其中研究焦點為非正式領導角色「社群連結者」在促進教師專業學習社群發展與運作中,所扮演的角色功能及如何讓實務社群的運作成果產擴散與影響。
    本次以一所獲得親子天下創新教學100肯定的偏鄉國小為研究對象,研究方法採用質性研究取向的單一個案嵌入式研究設計。在透過半結構式深度訪談、文件分析與參與觀察資料下,歸納出以下的研究發現:
    一、教師專業學習社群的發展歷程呈現動態且漸進的演化歷程。
    二、教師專業學習社群連結者的特質與能力形塑了整體運作的氛圍。
    三、教師專業社群連結者透過各種策略應用,能具體提升社群運作效能。
    四、教師專業學習社群的有效運作,能提升學生學習成效、增加與外部專業交流,並推動學校與社區共榮共好。
    最後根據研究結果,提出具體建議,提供給關心教師專業學習社群運作及此領域相關之未來研究者參考。
    Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) play a crucial role in advancing teachers’ professional growth by transforming pedagogical knowledge into classroom practices through dialogue, collaboration, and inquiry. Yet, the developmental processes of PLCs have seldom been examined in depth.
    This study investigates the practical growth of PLCs, focusing on the informal leadership of community connectors. It explores how these connectors facilitate PLC operation and extend its influence within and beyond the school.
    The research was conducted at a rural elementary school recognized in the CommonWealth Parenting Magazine Top 100 Innovative Teaching Awards. A qualitative single-case embedded research design was adopted, drawing on semi-structured interviews, document analysis, and participant observation.
    Findings reveal that PLCs evolve through a dynamic and gradual process; the characteristics and competencies of community connectors strongly shape community culture; and diverse strategies employed by connectors enhance PLC effectiveness. Moreover, effective PLC operations not only improve student learning but also strengthen external professional exchanges and foster mutual growth between schools and local communities.
    Based on these results, this study provides concrete recommendations for educators engaged in PLC practices and offers insights for future research on community leadership in professional learning contexts.
