Title:	「創造力」的定義與創造力的發展

Abstract:	若要研究小學生的創造力，或評估小學階段創造力教學的環境與條件，首先遭遇的一個疑難是：「小學生有創造力嗎？小學生能創造出什麼？小學是學習的階段，不是創造的階段。」這種疑難無獨有偶，因為當部分學者提出「批判思考」做為國民教育階段的重要學習目標時，也有部分學者提出類似的懷疑：「小學生有批判思考能力嗎？小學是學習規則的時期，不是批判規則的時期。」要解決這些問題，首先必須從定義著手，因為定義的寬嚴與概念的層次將會影響概念的應用範圍。「定義」並不是「確定的意義」，因為任何概念的定義都決定於其理論基礎，一旦理論基礎演化或更換，概念也會跟著改變。尤其是在研究創造力的時候，我們必須承認人類創造力的存在，因而可以預知的是：人類對「創造」與「創新」等名詞的意義也將不停地進行創造，專家學者對其相關理論與模式也將不停地進行創造。我們可以說：「創造」的意義將永遠在創造之中，但在溝通的時候，對「創造」的意義加以澄清，取得某種共享的意義，應該可以提升溝通的效果，提供反省理論基礎的機會，並提升操作型測量的效度。
