    Abstract: 隨著近年來網際網路的興起，「雲端運算」（cloud computing）成為新興的科技新概念。雲端運算不但具有「便利」、「無所不在」、「低成本」的特性（余鑑、呂俊毅，2010），而且透過寬頻網路的高度普及，形成小至個人、大至政府單位皆可享用雲端技術所帶來的新便利。一般人只要具備網路連線的裝置（例如電腦、手機、平板），就可以享受各式各樣的雲端服務。因此，許多機構不必再支付龐大的費用來購買軟硬體設備或負擔高額的技術開發及維修經費。透過雲端，可以獲得更即時、更便利的服務。
