Abstract:	臺灣正開始推動「未來想像與創意人才培育計畫」，推動過程中教育實踐者最常提出五大問題：1.為什麼要想像未來？2.未來趨勢又是如何？3.如何想像、思考或創造未來？4.國際上有沒有參考案例？5.這計畫要怎麼做？本文嘗試回答這五大問題，分析為什麼「我們有沒有未來」是人類的終極關懷；指出未來趨勢雖然很難預測，但從教育觀點來看，抓對問題比正確預測更重要。至於如何想像、思考或創造未來，本文因應不同教育階段的學習者適合不同的方式與策略，提出以下九種策略：創意想像、條件思考、系統思考、未來思考、未來導向之故事敘說、趨勢預測、電腦模擬、未來導向的樣品實作、未來導向的問題解決等。國際上已有許多教育機構或計畫在推動培育想像力、創造力與未來思考力，臺灣的「未來想像與創意人才培育計畫」也鎖定相似的目標，並設定七大議題融入課程，展開六項行動計畫支持基礎教育到終身教育，期望協助師生發揮想像力共創美好未來
