Abstract:	本研究計畫主要目的在於:(1)了解中美兩國在二次世界大戰後所做之教育興革,探討其理論背景、動力所使用之策略、模式與成效,以做為未來我國計畫興革時之參考。(2)利用問卷分析方法,調查我國中、小學行政者,在應用興革理論與實際從事興革時所遭遇之問題、影響之變數與實際成效。以了解學校在推動興革時的真實狀況。為達以上目的,本研究採用個案研究法與問卷調查法。前者將中美兩國以往主要教育興革為主要蒐集資料,在不同之個案中,尋求各種興革理論之實施優缺點,影響其成敗之環境變數,與所使用之策略與模式。後者則以國內中、小學行政者為施測對象,從其回答中,可以了解其對教育興革的基本態度及對各興革理論的看法,以做為當局未來計畫時的參考。其結果並將採用適當統計分析,以對其特殊背景(如職務之不同)做進一步深入的了解。
