Title:	學校本位財務管理效能與相關因素之模式建構

Abstract:	壹、前言（頁21）；貳、學校本位財務管理效能及其相關因素（頁21-28）；參、研究方法（頁28-36）；肆、結論與建議（頁36-38）；參考文獻（頁38-40）；文摘要：本文整理相關文獻以瞭解學校本位財務管理效能之內涵，在探討其相關因素後，建構出其理論因素模式架構，並以何宣甫2004年進行我國實施學校本位財政管理之可行性研究問卷調查結果進行二次分析，且採結構方程模式加以驗證，獲得結論如下：一、學校本位財務管理效能之內涵，包括反映學生需求、有助學校本位課程、增進經費運用知能、增進應付突發狀況能力、減少年終消化預算、激勵教師自籌學校經費、減少政治介入、精簡人事費、防止財政弊端；二、提高學校成員之意願及知能，能有效提升學校本位財務管理效能（分別為0.45和0.34）至於學校成員之疑慮，對學校本位財務管理效能並沒有顯著效果。
