Title:	國民中學女性校長轉型領導的測量與現況分析

Abstract:	隨著國民中學女性校長比率的提升，女性校長的領導成為教育人員關注的議題。為進一步瞭解女性校長的轉型領導的內涵與現況，本研究針對女性校長轉型領導提出一個測量模型，並以桃園縣公立國民中學教師為研究對象，採問卷調查法進行，共蒐集379 份有效問卷。首先，透過驗證性因素分析進行測量模型驗證，其次，利用描述性統計、單因子變異數分析等方法進行資料分析。依據研究結果，本研究獲致以下結論：（一）女性校長轉型領導測量模式獲得支持；（二）桃園縣國民中學教師知覺女性校長轉型領導係屬「中高程度」表現；（三）學歷較高、兼任行政職務、學校規模小、學校歷史短之教師，對於女性校長轉型領導知覺較佳。
