Abstract:	本文討論1995-1999年間，台灣性別教育政策的進展，並申論此一進展乃婦女運動、教育改革運動與婦女/性別研究三組動力，交互激盪，滲入國家政策形塑過程而得以形成。本文首先勾勒自1987年解嚴以來，作為民主運動重要環節的婦女運動及教改運動的訴求與發展、作為學術新興領域的婦女/性別研究的知識生產活動與性別教育政策三者之間的關係。其次，本文聚焦於1996年《行政院教育改革審議委員會總諮議報報書》中「落實兩性平等教育」的政策建議，與1999年「國民中小學九年一貫課程總綱綱要」將「兩性教育」列為重大議題之課程政策兩項最早且影響深遠的性別教育政策，探討其形成歷程，耙梳過程中的社會、政治、經濟與教育脈絡，以及其中關鍵因素的作用。
