Title:	國中導師專業倦怠與工作壓力、社會支持、調適的相關研究

Abstract:	本研究目的，旨在瞭解升學主義下，國中導師濱臨此一壓迫之震盪，是否會因受到工作中一些因素影響（如工作壓力、任教年級、班級性質及學校類別）而造成專業倦怠？文獻中指出壓力雖是專業倦怠來源，但如果有了良好的支持和調適，則未必高壓力下仍會產生生理、心理疾病。因此，本研究証驗在壓力和專業倦怠之間置入了非工作的一些因素，尤其是支持和調適之後，高、低不同程度專業倦怠的教師們，是否也呈現出不同支持與調適模式？同時人口變項（性別、年資、婚姻）併入時，與其它因素相較下，對專業倦怠的重要性如何？換言之，假如教師具有相同的壓力，但是擁有較多的支持與調適，則性別、年資及婚姻對專業倦怠所造成的差異已不存在了。
