Title:	影響高級職業學校教師參與在職進修教育訓練因素研究

Abstract:	本研究之目的旨在界定影響高級職業學校師資參與在職進修訓練的因素，並對各個因素間之關系做深入剖析。基于Vroom（1964）的期望理論模式和Steers &　Rhodes（1978）之員工參與歷程模式概念，再融合Watson（1981）的員工缺席行為模式，和Kou（１９９０）的電子技術人力參與工作相關訓練的經驗模式，並參考國內外影響技職教師參與在職進修之重要文獻，本研究嘗試建構一個影響我國高職教師參與在職進修教育訓練之理論模式。該理論模式臆測: 高職教師參與在職進修教育訓練的意願與動機，可當做實際參與行動的指標。而參與在職進修訓練活動的意願與動機，進而可由：（１）不能參與的因素，（２）工作滿意度、（３）價值觀與內在期望，及（４）外在期望等因素有效地予以預測。包含服務學校性質、教育程度、服務年資、年齡，與性別在內的人口特性變項，將會透過上述四個因素的仲裁，而去影響高職教師實際參加在職進修教育訓練的行為。
