    Abstract: 本研究主要目的為（一）了解目前國民中學全面品質管理文化與教師組織承諾的內涵及現況。（二）探討不同教師人口變項（性別、年齡、學歷、職務、年資、婚姻狀況）與不同學校規模，對教師知覺國民中學全面品質管理文化的影響。（三）探討不同教師人口變項（性別、年齡、學歷、職務、年資、婚姻狀況）與不同學校規模，對國民中學教師組織承諾的影響。（四）探討不同國民中學全面品質管理文化，對國民中學教師組織承諾的影響。（五）探討不同教師人口變項、學校規模及國民中學全面品質管理文化，對國民中學教師組織承諾的影響；並依據研究結果提出建議，作為日後組織研究與實務管理之參考依據。
