Abstract:	二十世紀的今日，數字的觀念不但為自然科學所重視，亦為社會科學所重視。在一群混亂不堪的事實中，無論人類有多大的觀察力，亦無法歸納出一個原則，必須經過統計的手續，才可用一個簡單的數字，表示這群事實的理則或狀況。本文以調查方式研究，調查結果需要經過統計的手續，故本文最主要的內容是數字，而文字只是說明的性質。
